"I typically do not write negative reviews, but honestly this has been my worst experience ever. We took a homeowners policy out, due to deductible's being astronomical and us not closing on the house, we cancelled the policy prior to it going into effect. It has been over 60 days and we have not received our refund. We cancelled in the beginning of July and the check was not issued until the end of August. Not to mention they issued the check to the house we didn't close on. The lack of communication and accountability is truly absurd. It still hasn't been resolved and their response is the will take the proper channels to get it resolved. The money itself is over $1000.00, take your business elsewhere. Honestly worst experience ever."

"We have been served by Ellen Nita State Farm agency for nearly 25 years. Ellen personally helped us right in the beginning to find the best combination of policies for us.
